The guy behind the counter was rude and disrespectful. He yelled at us and swore because we were eating our meal and were visiting inside for too long. We will never be going there again.

The guy behind the counter at this place is a complete whack job. I was in a meeting, so I decided to order my food from Uber Eats for pickup on my phone instead of calling it in, no big deal I thought. So I go to pick up my food and I have some time to kill, so I decide to just eat there instead of going right back to the office. I sit down at a table and he starts yelling at me that I can't eat there because I ordered on Uber Eats. I asked why and he said that Uber Eats charges him 30%, so I'm stealing from him by sitting at his table and using his sauce. So I asked if I could buy some sauce and he says no you need to get out of my restaurant. I sat there confused for a second and explained I wasn't stealing and I would pay for sauce if that's what he wanted me to do. He screamed at me and started calling me names in front of a full line of people, to get out. I was shocked, I have eaten there many times before with no issues, but apparently if you order online for pickup, he thinks of that as stealing! Luckily I wasn't the only one who thought he was insane, because the people in line also left the restaurant. I'd avoid this place and that whack job. And if you need sauce (which you will, because the food is super dry) you better make sure you add it to your Uber Eats order and don't even think about eating in his restaurant!! Oh and the food was disgusting and I threw it away, just stay away from this place.

Today my husband and I went into this place to eat, ordered our food paid for our food then realized we forgot to order drinks too so I asked him if I could please get 2 medium drinks on top of it and paid cash. He seemed irritated that I was making him stay off of whatever it was he was watching or paying attention. To under the counter ( we were the only people in there) we were filling our drinks and I noticed that the Mt dew had a funny color so my husband took a sip and said it was not good. So I let the guy behind the counter know and he sighed and ran to the back to check the Mt dew and came back and raised his voice at me saying it was fine then said something else but I couldn't understand what he said. We just went to sit down after that. Got our food and ate almost everything and my husband was looking at something behind me so I asked him what was up and he said there's a huge cockroach on that table behind us. we immediately stopped eating and threw it all away including the drinks. After reading reviews AFTER the whole incident; This place needs to be shut down immediately!! I will forever from now on read reviews before going to places I've not been before. Just wow!

Went there today because my coworker said the chicken katsu was good. I ordered and explained I don’t like the katsu sauce and would like teriyaki sauce. I asked how many came with it and he said one 1 oz cup. I asked for 4 more 1 oz cups. He added $3.20 cents to my total! I asked how much the sauce was and he said .80 cents for 1 oz! I looked at him and his response was “what”? I said don’t you think that’s excess? He didn’t answer so I changed the tip to $0 on the screen and you could tell that made him mad. While I don’t expect to not pay for additional sauces $3.20 is excessive for 4oz of teriyaki sauce. After looking at the reviews I don’t seem to be alone on this. I hope $3.20 it was worth it because I will never spend another dollar with that place.

Don’t get me wrong the food is amazing , but the owner of the teriyaki his customer service is just absolutely awful…
