Really nice food, drinks and shisha. Really good selection of shisha flavours and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I had halloumi, salad and chips and really nice shisha. I really like the outside seating area with roof and plants sitting ace inside and outside. I went in daytime so it was not busy which was nice and this is the only place in Norwich for shisha, so I was so happy as I travelled from Bury St Edmunds to visit Norwich for first time.

Toho is the best bar in Norwich, for my 19th Birthday they went all out for it. The bar staff were very friendly and accommodating especially with the flaming Lamborghini they made on the house.

We ordered the loaded fries and the buttermilk jerk burger and both were delicious but a little on the salty side. The orange shisha had a mild but pleasant flavour. The DJ was pretty questionable and the music was very very loud.

Me and the wife were looking forward to visit what we believe is the only Shisha lounge in Norwich. To begin with the service was pleasant. But then it went downhill very fast. The shisha flavour lasted for 10 minutes. Then we literally were just smoking tasteless rubbish for 30 mins. When we told the member of staff who took care of the shisha, he just said yeah it’s gone and sat back on his seat smoking his own shisha. Before we paid I raised disapproval before paying and the staff just said, it must be the tobacco and proceeded to take my money without apology or making up for the rubbish product and service. I have been to many shisha lounges around the world and this has been the worst by far.

The only thing stopping it from being a 1 star is the fact it’s one of the only shisha lounge in east anglia… It took 27 minutes for someone to take our order and another 21 minutes for them to make the shisha. To top it off the shisha tasted terrible! I would also rate the shisha 2/5 (only because I’ve had a few worse off shishas in my lifetime). Overall I think 2/5 is fair. Parking is also a nightmare.
