Same great food every night.best pizza place around
Tj’s is amazing. One of the best pizza places in town. And what makes it even better there is the staff. I’ve been going there for roughly the past 2-3 months and every time I go there they usually have 2 counter young girls working. One time I went and There was only 1 counter girl working, Brunette girl. This was a Friday which is known to be one of Tj’s busier days and this one girl was working by herself. It was easy to see she had a lot of calls to pick up and things to do/people to help and it was noticeable that she was feeling a little stressed or overwhelmed as the line of people was about 4-5. Although she was super super kind and smiley and she was a great person to take my order ( I called in for pickup ) On the phone she talked very calmly and Slow and She was easy to understand, she was very patient with me as I had a lot to order. When I went to pick up my food, I complimented her and She looked thrilled with my compliment. To get to the point, Regardless of their food, Tj’s staff and counter girls is what makes Tj’s a better place! It’s hard to find such outgoing, kind workers during this time period, And Tj’s is lucky to have the people they have. Will definitely be making Tj’s my meal plans every Friday from now on. Thank you Tj’s for what you do
I'm very excited to have found this place. We moved to Oak Ridge a year ago and I have not been able to find a good dish of baked ziti (my favorite Italian food) at any of the local restaurants. I can now say, however, that TJ's Pizza has the best ziti in the area. I look forward to trying their pizza.
My finance called and asked for two cheese free eggplant parms due to allergies. We wait an hour for delivery for them to have cheese on them. No worries right, we will call and check in. Fiance calls and the lady on the phone calls him a liar. He asks to speak to higher management and he says he won’t replace the salad (cool whatever) and won’t replace the pasta even though it’s inedible to those who have the allergy. Bad service, and not allergy friendly.
Called in, have two family members that can't have cheese. Nice girl answers, relay the order with no cheese. She repeats it back to me twice, we confirm it. Food comes with cheese. I politely call in and she answers. "So what do you want me to do about it?" I'm stunned. "Uhm. What can you do?" "I'll get my boss because you did NOT relay that information to me" accused me of lying and gave me SO MUCH ATTITUDE. I tried to defend myself politely and she kept telling me its my fault. I had other people in the room and called in on speaker. We all heard her say the initial order back and she refused to take ownership of the situation. Honestly I wouldn't even leave a bad review if she wasn't so rude to us. Her boss sorted it out and we're getting new ones, but this staff member needs to go man.
The pizza was perfect, nice and thin! The crust was a little crispy which we loved! They were quick on the phone and delivered the food earlier than expected! Will def be ordering from here again!
