We order Tito’s very often. It’s not always consistent but tonight it was really good. Everything was fresh, well cooked and fast. I will say anytime it’s not good and so am asked for a review, I let them know and they always make good on it.
This was my first time trying Tito’s SO location - I’ve had it from their Ridgewood location many times. I placed an order online before I arrived for 12 wings and a side of beans and rice. When I arrived a little over 20 minutes after I placed the order, they said my order would be done soon. I had to wait there almost 20 more minutes for my order and when I got home, I saw that my wings didn’t have the celery and carrots that they’re supposed to come with. The food is good, but i was definitely disappointed with the pick up experience.
food is always pretty good but the last two times I’ve ordered for pick up. I’ve been told 20 minutes and I’m waiting in there for over an hour while frantic workers get moody with the customers because they don’t communicate and then the customers get upset that they’re waiting in there for a long time while food gets cold. Managers seem like a really nice guy, but the two guys working in the front we’re all over the map.
Food was great. Service was perfect. Nacho's and wings were delicious
Darell demonstrated remarkable patience as I deliberated over my food order, showcasing my occasional indecisiveness. Taking my time paid off as I ultimately settled on the delightful New Chicken Tortilla Soup, brimming with flavor and generous portions of chicken, corn, and beans—an absolute treat! We also savored the Grilled Chicken Quesadilla and Burrito, opting for sour cream and guacamole on the side. The Chicken Quesadilla, akin to a sizable pizza pie, was definitely worth its $15 price tag. The overall experience was enhanced by excellent service, delectable food, and just the right ambiance—music that wasn't too loud, allowing for enjoyable lunchtime conversation.
Excellent service, the staff was kind enough to make my order after closing.
