Excellent coffee, delicious treats.
I came in on Wednesday March 20, 2024 excited to try this new place. At 4:45 I bought a piece of their caramel pie and their last jumbo vanilla cupcake. When I got home I of course I ate most all of my vanilla cupcake when I noticed that there was MOLD on the bottom of my cupcake. I have felt sick since eating the cupcake. If I could give zero stars I would. I am never going back here again
I went for lunch only to find out no lunch times were posted and it was over. The atmosphere was lovely, staff was very kind and I will be back to try them out.
Chai to write home about. Just say yes.
This place is amazing I have never tasted anything like their macaroons at Tita’s cake house! I would definitely recommend for a sit down relaxing place to eat a sweet treat!
I have visited this bakery multiple times and have always had the best experience. This is a great place for students, work from home people, and a great meetup place. They have a variety of hot and iced coffee as well as homemade baked goods and ice cream. There is a variety of places to sit and this place is very aesthetically pleasing as well as useful. This brings a lot of charm to Salisbury as well as a great place to meet up short term or long term. I always get the Tres leches (chocolate or strawberry)! Kid-friendliness: There is ice cream and quiet places to sit and spend time with family. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp to get in
So many enticing treats in the case!
Great place and the coffee is fantastic, and the service is great!
Food is excellent, customer service is above standard sometimes the staff are a little gun shy to smile, but they warm up to you, after a while! The prices are high, but I didn't feel it until the end of the month! Just playing, I have learned you get what you pay for most times the cake that didn't pop was the carrot cake! Harris Teeter and Publix are better! I think it's the icing! If they were more comfortable with me, I'd inform them, but they aren't so I didn't! Dietary restrictions: It depends on your tastes their chicken sandwich is the bomb!:I never got to try their roasted chicken, but it smelled delicious even though it was in the open fridge, that's the only cake house I visited in Salisbury, and I feel lucky! If they get more customers, hopefully they'll expand the flavors of non-dairy ice cream ? Then, I'll be able to have a couple quarts shipped to me, because they'll eventually lower their price because of demand, God willing?
We had thought it was nice to find an allergy friendly bakery. We were told the cakes were not cross-contaminated; however, I got severely sick later. There apparently IS cross-contamination of some kind. The young girl working the counter could have been nicer. It seemed to be a chore to wait on customers. The furniture is plastic and not comfortable. Hopefully, as it grows in business, the owner can upgrade the furniture, but they do need to make excellent customer service a priority so that they can grow. Most importantly, do not lead us to believe it is safe to eat when it is not. We would have been happy to leave and find somewhere else to go, rather than suffer needlessly. Dietary restrictions: We were told that the cakes are not cross-contaminated with nuts or tree nuts, but I still got sick, so apparently, they are. Parking: Parking is on Innes or Main or the small lot across the street. Expect to walk a ways during busy times of the day.
