Tio Lucho’s is a Peruvian restaurant from La Chingana chef Arnaldo Castillo and restaurateur Howard Hsu inspired by Chef Castillo’s father “Luis”, a chef in Peru and Atlanta, who was affectionately known as Tio Lucho. Reminiscent of his time growing up in Lima and Piura, Peru, the menu from Chefs Arnaldo and Manuel Lara focuses on shareable seafood, meat and side dishes using seasonal ingredients sourced locally and imported from Peru in a laid back, family friendly atmosphere. Expect ceviches tossed in leche de tigre and wok fired Lomo Saltados, as well as regional dishes from Northern Peru such as Arroz con Pato; Carolina gold rice cooked in a cilantro, ajis, and squash puree served with duck confit and seared duck breast.
