Times Square Pizza & Bagels

After reading the reviews my expectations were high and the product we received was at best average. I ordered a 12 inch cheese for the grandkids and a 12 inch custom with bacon, pepperoni, olives and cheese for us + 6 garlic knots. The pizza was nothing special, lacked in toppings and deficient in flavor. The custom 3 topping rang the register at $21 for a 12 inch pizza. Seems high for what we received. Our first experience with Times Square Pizza was a disappointment to say the least. Don't know if I will give them another chance. Time will tell.

Well we order a 2 liter of Pepsi, a large meat lovers pizza and a stromboli. Instead of the pizza I got an order of really old tasting chicken wings. The rest of the order came in which was the strombone in the 2 l pop called the restaurant and said my order was missing the pizza so that is fine. Mistakes happen. Just refund my money for the pizza portion so they cannot do that so they are good enough to bring the pizza out. The problem is we waited so long that the family went over to get some tacos. So I guess now I have a pizza to put in the fridge and throw out tomorrow morning since I am traveling. Can't believe they cannot refund their mess up. Again I know mistakes happen.

This is what they thought was ok to put in a box and deliver to a customer. In order almost weekly and this makes me want to change to someone else I have to change my review. This is now one of our family favorites. Maybe it was an off day for them. Still disappointed I wasn’t reached out to about the bad service but oh well

I ordered doordash and it took a long time and pizza got cold, and even after all of that the pizza was incredible good. Cold pizza, better than any pizza I had around Murrieta and Temecula. Now I need to come in person and try it hot. Damn, so good

Don’t order off grub hub. Items listed differently than what you order. Called the pizza place and they can’t re-deliver the correct order. First time trying and won’t be trying again.

This is our favorite pizza in the IE area now. It’s NY pizza to a T and delicious. Their special Chef sauce is the BEST. On salad or pizza or wings. Their wings are always perfect. The bagel we got one morning was also top notch. Never had a bad thing here. We recently got a gluten free pizza for someone else in my family who has allergies and that was really tasty as well. They also told us they are working on a new keto friendly pizza- can’t wait!

Great pizza but rude manager with bad policies. Was treated extremely poorly with no apologies once I pointed out the rudeness (even New Yorkers would be mad about the poor management at the Temecula Times Square pizza).
