Tim Hortons

I’ve been a daily customer at this Tim’s..!! But, today I’ve been really disappointed..!! I ordered 2 farmers wrap with egg and cheese at 2:40pm. I paid via credit for my order at 2:43 pm, and then I waited for 19 mins, until 3:06pm at the window, with 4 cars behind me waiting and honking too. After which a lady tells me that they are out of hashbrowns for the day. So, I requested for a refund. I again waited for 6 mins for my refund, the employees didn’t know how to process the refund. Then, someone else comes in again and gives me small cents, loonies and toonies for my refund, when I paid credit in the first place. Really disappointed with this kind of service…!!

It's the only coffee i drink. I even buy the coffee to brew at home.
