Tim Hortons

I bought a dozen donuts this morning. The quality was fine, but this is BY FAR the most expensive Tim Hortons in the area. They charged $18.99 for the donuts. A dozen donuts at the location at Dixie and Williams Lk is $13.89. It's only $12.95 at the Cass Lk location. It's a shame since this place is a mile from my house, but I won't be coming back. I love the canned response, "Please contact our guest care team." Why not just stop gouging your customers?

I love my local Tim Hortons they make me smile every morning! The crew is fast efficient and pleasant every morning!

Sadly their prices have gone up so much that I won’t be coming back. The screen was black when I ordered a small coffee and box of timbits to my surprise when I got to the drive through window when I was informed it was $21.86! The employee was so nice and said yes that’s right, I’m sorry we’ve had a price increase. :( I felt so bad but I declined my order. Sad for the employees who were always so nice and the GREED of the new co-partner is going to cost them.

Staff was super friendly, after learning the HIGH prices for a donut, I paused and thought I'd rather keep my money and Tim can keep the donuts. I look forward to this location going out of business, voting with my dollars. Parking: Not necessary to park at this location, please stay on the main road and continue to another location that is not Tim Hortons.

This place is great. Staff are so lovely.

It pains me to leave this review because the staff working are always very hospitable but this location is consistently $2 to $3 more expensive for the exact same order as locations literally 5 minutes away. Whatever, ill eat the cost but the fact that it's now $13 for a large cold brew and a breakfast sandwich is insane. If you're going to raise your prices at least make sure you are giving people what they ordered, $13 only to realize when I get to work they gave me a donut and not my gd sandwich. Also Tim Hortons rewards are scum
