Poor customer service, a older lady working this morning screaming at me on microphone, very rude and disrespectful, threw the bag of donuts at me with attitude, will never go to this location, left the donuts for her to eat them since her attitude was not worthy my 2 Dona it’s , drove to the Rochester location and bought them donuts for my son there , she can keep the 2 and enjoy them and learn how to talk to customers .

The coffee is always fresh and made to order.

This used to be my favorite Tim Hortons. I have never received bad service here and folks are always friendly. My complaint is that there is no quality control with regard to donuts. Seems whoever is making them has decided that icing is bad for people and they should not have any. My son was so disappointed the last tu.e we went ther and you could not even see the icing (let alone taste it) on his vanilla dip donut. There was just the thinnest layer required to hold the sprinkles on. Come on , get your act together guys.
