Gone to the dogs!

I think it's one of the nicer Tim's with newer and nicer furniture and furnishings. Staff was helpful and food was good. I did, however, have trouble finding lunch wraps on the Tim's app. Staff couldn't find them either. So I had to order at the counter (missed out on an offer from the app). But, again, good location with nice ambiance and we enjoyed our dine-in experience.

I asked for a Tea with two milk and two sugar, gave me a coffee. Paid for a meal, didn’t get a meal.

If I could offer less of a review I would. Never get an order correct, very slow, ordered a crispy chicken on December 30, and someone figured two very dried up chicken fingers in a squat, wet and very cold bun topped with disgusting lettuce would be suitable to serve! Disgusting food, matched by the service. Words such as , thank you, have a nice day work well with customer service, nonexistent in this establishment! Don’t like the job? QUIT! Absolute worst Tim’s this side of creation. Photos clearly show what you DON’T get! A short step up from road kill I expect

One problem there is the order need around 15 minutes the sandwich that is not right

The staff doesn’t care what you order, they will cook whatever comes to their mind. Cooking slowly as always...
