Very rude and unpleasant environment the staffs specifically the one called her self manager every time she sees customers she looks at them like why they are there I feel sad for the owner who invested money in that location and have a staff like that 95% of the time I ordered mobile order and when ingo to pick up my order they don't have the thing I wanted and had to replace for something else so basically they give give you what they make the easy items they don't give you what the customer wants any way we work around that store guildwood location and we are around 14 people who were buying from there and we all decided not to buy any more from Tim hortons anymore very bad and rude and disrespected place they don't appreciate your business I hope the supervisor or owner call me so I can explain about the incident happened on February 23 at 7:20 -7:45 pm after that I deleted the Tim hortons app and will never buy from Tim hortons again including all my colleges It's very Shame they have a employee like her If the company want to find out how slow and not caring this place is they can send their special team for a week and ask the customers how they feel about that place and for me as long this place has like her employee I will never go again and if the supervisor or owner wants to contact me I gladly explain the situation over the phone they can give me the number in the email and I will call very very disappointed and I have been Tim's customer for 13 years and made me leave now

the most worst customer service. this staff need to be well trained and the short lady who call her self or acting like manager need to be changed.I adresse my self to the owner of this location please take action about your staff or you will lost customers. I will not longer order from this location, sad because I like to support my neighbour's business and I was at list ordering every day. I hope action will be take it. Ps: the pregnant young lady she's very kind and knows about customers service

Always long line ups, food isn't always up to par with what I expect, and to be honest, I feel like it ruins the atmosphere of guildwood. I wish they would replace this Timmies with a family owned coffee shop that has fresh baked goods amd better customer service.

Neighbourhood spot that's very busy with long lineups based on high-school schedule nearby. Limited food selection availability.

Worst Tim's I have ever been to. The staff are not friendly and they argue with customers. I highly recommend avoiding this location! Based on the reviews I have read, no issues are taken seriously and I doubt things will change.

Customer service is the worst here, I was waiting for my mobile order. The worker I don’t know his name because he doesn’t have a name tag which is also required working in a fast food environment. Even before I let him know the number he went “just wait mobile order isn’t ready. I am a high school student and I was in a rush because I had to go to class later I see my order just sitting there even when the guy saw me he just ignored me. Long wait time l won’t recommend coming here. I also work in a fast food environment and I always make sure I treat customers with respect it’s otherwise here

Everytime I come to this location there's always a really long wait time to be served. What bothers me most is that it always looks like the bathroom has never been cleaned and that's too disgusting. I'd rather take a piss out back then use the nasty bathroom

Washroom is so disgusting. Clearly hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Even for a public space it was bad.
