Asked for an iced water, cashier gave me wrong change, (I gave her $0.25), then gave me a cup of ice without water. I’m sure iced water is $0.10, but she charged $0.20. Simplest order ever, yet they succeed in messing up.

I just walked there in the freezing rain at 5:30pm on a Monday just for it to say it's open but really closed.... Waste of my time and clothing getting wet probably gonna get sick...

Worst service ever. They are out of food. When a person orders through the mobile order, they serve after 10 minutes, till then your coffee will be ice cold and you’ll listen that sorry “We don’t have the food you ordered. Please select from the other options.” Idk, if you have don’t have the food then why you are making customers wait too long and even get their coffee ice cold. Worst service ever.
