Okay listen It's probably just a me thing but I do have witnesses, Litterally every other tim hortons around here has given me hot water. Even in a group of people that all got hot chocolate I managed to he served hot water while they got their hot chocolate perfectly. This is the only tim hortons that has never failed me with getting hot chocolate.
