Rude staff and even ruder manager. These people simply do not understand that using "please" and "thank.you" is part of customer service. The manager scolded me and not me not to come back if I wanted manners. Lolol. No worries there. Brooks Landing staff always say please and thank you now. I will be going there.
I bought a large cup of iced capp, which was only 80% full and 60% melted.
Went there to get a large sandwich. They told me that they were out of large bread. I asked if they would accommodate by using two small sandwich breads to make a large (which most places do, it's the exact same size). After discussing this with the manager, they said no, but I could buy two small sandwiches for twice the price to make it a large. Terrible customer service, right through to the management.
Went there to get some snacks. Oddly there was a charge for an extra cup as the coffee was way too hot. No one ever at any location in the last 20 years asked to pay for an extra cup so maybe it’s a new Tim Hortons thing?
