My recent experience at Tim Hortons left much to be desired. After I raised a concern regarding the quality like whole burned and very less in quantity of the potato wedges, instead of addressing the issue, the staff (Jaspreet) started laughing. This response was not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. Less Quantity is acceptable but the way you treat your customer is totally unacceptable. The dismissive attitude displayed by the staff was disappointing. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, especially when raising a valid concern about the food I have purchased. I hope that Tim Hortons takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to ensure that all customers are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.
Who can remember which one is which...
Disgusted the staff sit on the counters where food and drinks are served!!!
First off... The hours are wrong for this Tim Hortons. It says 24 hours.. That is not correct. They told us they were closing at 10pm tonight... That is not 24 hours!! I ordered some soup from the app and they did not have any soup! I don't think they should have soup as an option on the app if they don't have any available. It was a lot of work for me to get my money back from not getting my soup... Eventually they figured it out on the app. I find it strange that so many Tim Hortons around here and none of them seem to be open 24 hours! In our area of Ontario they are even open on Christmas day!
