Picked up a regular coffee. It was fresh and I enjoyed a refreshing and perfect coffee.

Ordered for a large caramel latte and for a small coffee with 1 cream. The large caramel latte had caramel quantity of a small drink. Not sweet at all. The black coffee with cream’s lid was defective. I was craving a coffee and just couldn’t drink it.

My drink came half empty. My wrap was terrible.

The bagel was not fresh.I ask for double toasted and it was not even single toast.And the steep tea was ice cold. Both food and the drink quality was so bad.And the costumer service was even worse. I was waiting for my bagel and she put the bagel on the counter and didn’t tell me that it’s your bagel. After 5min i ask them for my bagel and then she told me it’s been ready from last 5 min. Then i asked her who gonna tell me that my bagel is ready and she was i put it there .she didn’t even said a word that bagel is ready .I don’t have the X-ray machine with me so I can figure out what is inside the cover. And at the end i ended up throwing my bagel and the drink in the garage.I don’t recommend this place and I am not going there again .

Horrendous Service in the evenings. Not much choices left and very short staffed. They post closing at 11 but don't have 90% of the menu nor staff after 8.

Whoever just made my sandwich 2:15 Wednesday Jan 17th did an amazing job. It looked like a photograph it was so perfectly made. Thank you

this place cant ever get my order right and when you tell them they have messed something up they get defensive and argumentative....side note i have been to this location on several differnt days and time and still every time they make mistakes. Avoid this timmies if you can

Recently the food quality is not good! The bagel was not fresh and the wedges had too much salt.

They are fast but the coffee doesn’t taste good and they don’t make sure that whatever they make is made correctly. I got a sausage farmers wrap that’s dryer than the Sahara dessert…
