Tim Hortons

I really had a bad experience today at 6.10am at this tim Hortons. Somebody took our order behaved so rude to us, she treated us with disrespect and ask us to move aside infront of other customers it's really an unprofessional way. we felt really exasperated with the rascist behavior of this employee. She's not apt to work here. Tbh I will never visit this location again.

Me and my friends also had a very bad experience today morning at this store. The lady who was taking our order was extremely rude and arrogant. She was shouting to us the whole time while taking the order and make rude comments. And she was staring at us the whole time we were in the store. It is really disheartening to be treated this way when kindness is an option. People like these makes living in this world much more difficult. Its not everyday I write about my bad experiences but Today was the worst.

What an amazing owner and lovely staff

Just visited to this Tim for the first time and I experienced racism. Being as a customer,isn’t it’s our right to ask options regarding add-ons or toppings? I was talking so politely and happily but one of the crew member ruined mood who isn’t even taking my order on the drive-thru. And guess what,I ordered Triple-triple and received leftover coffee which isn’t warm. Thanks alot for giving me this amazing bagel.I never ate this bagel ever in my life. Please if you don’t want to provide quality service because of racism,don’t waste atleast money and time of someone.
