Tim Hortons

I came here with my service dog last week. I was refused service because I had my service dog in the restaurant with me. Which is illegal. I spoke to the manager and she was very rude and threatened to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave. She continued to ask for my papers when there is no papers in Ontario nor can any restaurant legally ask for their certificate. I told her the laws and she still told me to leave or she’d call the police. When I still didn’t leave she yelled to all her employees that I wasn’t allowed to be served. This is now the second time I’ve had an issue with this manager. I wish I got her name. What she did was illegal. The human rights act of Canada requires those with disabilities to have equal access to ALL public facilities and this is not equal access

Outside is really dirty, the front door is full of someone’s spit, and all kinds of ppl sitting on the ground trying to talk to me as I walked in

A bunch of drug addicts always here doing their drugs or strung out throughout the parking lot or inside either taking up the bathroom or high in the restaurant. SOME staff is really friendly but a few workers there are very unprofessional and rude and should be fired. I've seen addicts spit on tim Horton workers and a few different scenarios that shouldn't happen. Today my 5-year-old had to witness a staff member get spit on and was completely and utterly disgusting. This tim hortons should be shut down! This tim hortons sucks I wouldn't recommend dining in with your kids at all. 10/10 PASS!!! I barely go anymore due to the reason of addicts

Always has a good selection of doughnuts and baked goods, unlike a lot of other locations
