Don't order pick up orders. They can't cancel them and tell you to cancel. Once canceled I was told I can only get a refund from the in store employees who tell me they can't do anything...so I'm out money..

Was told the latte machine doesn't work. I've been told that several times.

Good place for fast breakfast. Very good hashbrowns and Sausage, Egg and Cheese

Always good but they need to get their cans of French vanilla cappuccino back in stock. They have been out of stock since November

I can't complain it's what should be expected but the service is great and the young ladies were very kind to me. I'm also incredibly good looking so that could've contributed to that.

Oh, Tim Hortons why has thou changed so much. First my cake dounuts with chocolate icing, now my Chipotle steak warps, even the tator tots.. I feel like an old school R&B singer after his girl has gone... the ever shriking menu.... At least the server was nice...

Cold stone Creamery did not allow inside seating. The same thing happened last year when we went there. Then, they refused to take our gift card. We ordered 3 items. They forgot to make one of them. The young manager did not seem interested in our concerns. We will be visiting the Findlay store next time.
