Team is very polite and they give best service

Manager should know that the team needs to be good at customer service. A server named ANJANA wasn’t good at her service and was rude . she said “we didn’t have time for everything” when we asked something. Please tim hortons when hiring please make sure person have nice behaviour. Or learn something from starbucks customer service.

Ordered 20 tim bits - (10 honey dip and 10 chocolate) but got something else.. I can't believe they got this simple order wrong.

I got a ice coffee this morning with my girlfriend, I asked light ice I got no ice, not only did I get no ice, she also got no ice. I ask for light ice cus I don’t want 90% ice in my ice coffee. When I ask for light ice that does not mean no ice. Does any Tim’s in Langley make coffee properly? Not only that the worker spilt my coffee a bit in front of me and brushed it off like it was nothing. I get it’s 7am but brother come on if I provided service like that at my workplace I wouldn’t have a job. I don’t want a refund, I don’t want free coffee, I just want my coffee made by someone with an IQ over 70.
