saterday feb 10 at 12 noon there was a long time up at the till please make sure that there is more then 1 till open and make sure u give better service the east india owner need to do better job and dont tell me to phone that guest care line it is the owner job to fix the problen not guest care and jest to let every one know that every thing come frozen from GFS NOTHING IS HOME MADE

Almost the typical Tim Hortons, with the very same fare as every other location. Unfortunately this is the most disorganized place in the chain. They really have no idea what's going on in their restaurant, and even less of a clue if the right customers are getting their orders.

Horrible experience at this Tims. I went around 3pm on a weekday just to get a ham sandwich, there was 4 staff and no one looked like they knew what they were doing. It took 8 minutes for them to make a sandwich during a non-busy time, and when I got it, the bun was burnt black. I didn't take it back because I was already in my car by the time I opened it and didn't want to wait 10 more minutes. To top it off, while I was waiting I asked for the bathroom key, the first staff said it should be open, I checked and they were both locked, I asked the other staff and all she said was "one sec" and then never helped me. So I left with a full bladder and a burnt sandwich. Disappointing as I am a regular Tim's customer but will never go back to this location.

November 2023 Washroom never work, always out of service. January 2024 Staff let people to the washroom, but it’s wery dirty. I visited the mall 2 days on the roll, they don’t even dump the garbage in washroom, it’s so grouse.

this location is a mess. when it’s busy with a line out the door they have barely any staff working, i’ve received raw bacon, i’ve received bread so burnt it was genuinely solid pitch black. Today i got a chicken wrap, they told me to wait 7 for the chicken to cook (i don’t mind waiting a bit). it was 20 minutes and i didn’t even get chicken in my wrap. ever time i show up i am disappointed in a new and unique way.

Friendly staff SOMETIMES. Don’t follow instructions and always mess something up. (Example; ordered a bagel today EXTRA cream cheese, and was met with almost NO cream cheese.) I understand food costs are high now but it is unreasonable to charge me for something and then not provide it. Only reason I return is due to the affordability in comparison is Starbucks.

Came in the morning 10am service was absolutely amazing 3 lady's working the front super happy good energy and was fast outstanding service
