Bad customer service all around. Waited over 5 mins to get my drink that got stashed behind the counter. Noone greats the customers, makes eye contact or tries to find out if there are any problems or concerns for the people standing there.

An hour and a half is the 'expected' wait time of this particular Tim's. It's the slowest with the worst service and they routinely mess up. You could convince me it's intentional.

There is a lady named michelle she is very rude all the time.Tim needs work on her customer service and reconsider making her manager.
