I liked the service of Tim Horton but the drink I ordered was not satisfactory.

They harass you if you try to use the kiosk in a loud and unfriendly way, they don't take no for an answer if you're uncomfortable ordering from them and would rather use the kiosk. I hoped it was just poorly trained, newer staff who didn't know, but today they tried to rip us off after using the kiosk. They tried not to give us all our items we paid for. Really not impressed. Wheelchair accessibility: Tight fit by wheelchair as its quite crowded with chairs and tables
