Tim Hortons

Ordered steep tea, it was hot as compared to the other Tim Hortons I had visited. Customer service was great . Will definitely come back.

We are from the US visiting Kelowna for a weekend and we love Tim Horton's Coffee. Something we don't have in the States and they are always consistent no matter where you go in Canada.

During our visit today one of our selections, the chicken noodle soup, was suspiciously off the menu even though the selection was displayed on your display board. Your staff in a trite manner said a phone call had been received to discontinue the meal. Not overly believable and felt somewhat reversely discriminated. Another thing that was upsetting was I didn't receive any "roll up" spins for the $20.00 I spent for brunch. No assistance was given as to how to receive them.

Every tim hortons I go into there are Flys. I don't buy the food because I see Flys on Donuts, Wraps and buns. They need to cover the food so you don't get parasites on food that carry diseases

Possibly one of the few Tim Hortons that is well managed and is clean in the seating area. The staff is efficient and waiting times are low. Good work in a world of deteriorating standards !

Food was hot and fresh, Ice capp was frosty. Dark roast is so good! Lovin' the Egg Bites...

This location is one of the better ones in Kelowna. They never seem to be out of anything. They can get very busy in the drive through but it still flows at a good pace. The inside and outside are kept well not too messy. The Coffee can be inconsistent, some days it’s fantastic and others it’s just meh. This location deserves a 7/10.
