My coffee had a large handprint with what I hoped was donut icing which got all over my hand. Further, we ordered two cinnamon raisin and everything BELTs but received a bagel that was cinnamon raisin on top and everything on the bottom. The bagel was dry and had 1 single piece of bacon. They have enough staff that they can barely walk past each other and still can't pay attention long enough to make a sandwich properly. I worked at a Timmie's and it took 4 of us to *cleanly* handle what 11 of them are struggling to handle. Something is very wrong here.

Premises is clean and tidy, friendly staff, coffee is fresh and hot.

Lack of donuts choices is a issue at this location.

Latte taste worse than instant coffee and milk. It made me like my instant coffee more

Went through the drive thru and found huge chunks of egg shell in my wrap. Other than that was good
