Tim Hortons

I have always ordered double doubles however the cream seems to be getting less and lesser. I now order 2 1/2 cream and today I received two entirely different coffees….entirely different cream amounts. I don’t even know how this happens, but it happens a lot. I don’t have any cream in my house to fix this.

Came around midnight and couldn't order anything I wanted They only had birthday cake timbits and 3 types of donuts but not enough to sell a 6 pack

I Always love going to Timmy's on Bernard Avenue in Kelowna, the staff are always friendly to me

I wanted to redeem my pts for a hot beverage ☕☕ I should have been offered a larger size rather than the medium I received. Otherwise the visit was ok

Ask for extra tomato charged for it and got none. Also they forgot my donut and had to go back. They don't care about there jobs.

This location is pathetic. They’re open 24 hours but always out of donuts past 10 pm. Tim Hortons shouldn’t be out of every single donut ever, other food is understandable but donuts? The coffee is horrible. Clearly watered down compared to other locations. Staff are nice but it’s clear they don’t care. The outside is horrible. Garbage absolutely everywhere. Partially not their fault considering the homeless population out front of the store but come on. Send someone out there once a day to clean up a few of the hundreds of Tim Hortons cups and wrappers. All in all, 0 of out 10 for this location. It’s too bad carelessness from ownership trickles down into the store itself.

Not sure why I have to ask for a napkin when I order 2 apple fritters going through the drive through.
