I absolutly love Tim hortons for their green tea, it's one of the few you can get that has lemon grass so it's not to bitter. I also love their bacon and sausage farmers wrap, but I get mine plane since I'm not particularly a fan of Chipotle

No coffee beans anymore, just drip coffee

I was at Kelowna International airport (pre-security) on December 25, 2023 at 1803h PST, when I approached your team members browsing on their phones. I ordered 2 large iced capps, they said “we are out of iced capps” i asked them what do they mean they are out of iced capps” they said “we’re cleaning our machine”. I then asked what time do they close at, they said “at 2100h” and proceeded to say “we’re out of it.” Then continued to browse on their phones. Not caring for anything at all. Check your cameras to verify this information. Do better with your staff.

Poor service, prices higher than regular Tim's, always seems to close earlier than the posted times.
