I have re adjusted my rating since my last complaint the customer service is better for in house customers,the food is better less rushed and the employees seem a bit happier KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

9:42 am The guy working the drive through was SUPER rude and told us to hurry up because there was a line. Extremely unprofessional. We are here every morning and never cause an issue.

I was grabbing a coffee this morning and my app did not work. The Man who was serving me was so impatient and rude. Not much offering to help, but just being super ignorant and rushing me. Very bad experience. I normally stop here every morning on my way to Kelowna. I think I will wait till I get across the bridge going forward.
