Tim Hortons

7:20 on a Monday morning and they have one person working (doing their best). Not surprising there is a very long line of irate people waiting for their morning coffee. I walked out. So, went back again a few months later. Should have known better. This time the toaster wasn’t working so no toasted bagel. Walked out again.

Amazing location for this outlet.....But that's it. Was in queue of 5 (I was 5th in the queue), but man, 20+ minutes. It's not people ahead in the queue were ordering big, it's the snail speed of the staff. Taking their sweet time to prepare respective orders. No urgency to clear customer queue. Was in Kelowna for 3 days near to this outlet, however, since this experience, went to other Tim Hortons/Starbucks. Ready to pay more or ready to wait in a queue, but can't wait in the queue to see incompetent people work!!

This tim Hortons freaking sucks. Ordered door dash from this tom Hortons. I ordered two sandwiches and then decided to add a side and drink. The order came and it was just the side and drink. So frustrating because you get a refund for the food but reorder and have to pay for delivery again. But I reordered the sandwiches and then after waiting a while longer they randomly cancelled my order. So much time wasted. And the side of potatoes that did come were so old and stale, they were barely edible.

These people are the dregs of society, and I’m not talking about the customers sheeting on the sidewalk outside. I’m talking about the employees in this place. What an absolute sheet hole on all levels Kelowna deserves better. Queue, generic response from owner…

Really incredible. I've never seen any human being move so slow in my entire life. As someone who has worked in fast food, I'm astounded. Waited in a line of what, 4 people? For 20 minutes. Two employees working on 1 coffee together, how ineffective. Absolutely no sense of urgency between the three people working behind the counter. I don't understand. There should be a system, one on food, one on drinks, one manning the counter. No, all three on one drink at the same time. The bathroom was gross. No toilet paper. Again, I've worked fast food downtown, I know how difficult it is to maintain cleanliness. It's difficult, not impossible. They got several orders wrong. The woman working on my order walked away from me twice while I was ordering to go do something else. Hen i waited 7 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese. Disrespectful, inattentive, unorganized, just horrible.

Worst Tim’s branch I have ever been. Worst service ever.

An order took 15 mins as the employees slowly walked about, and also ignored new customers as they refilled the napkins instead of making my order. All the tables are dirty,
