Service is not good, long wait only one server

Nice to 💺, eat and drink. People are friendly as a family....

The worst wait times. They have order here lights on but rarely have servers st each one . The lines at times are endless, have waited over 15 minutes to be served . Unacceptable for a Horton's. Poor management and use if staff. For me personally it's difficult to stand in line because of balance issues. Maybe consider another Horton's in that food court to reduce wait times. Something needs to be done to improve wait time. At least you know your product is popular but service is nothing to brag about.

dastardly deeds committed by the blonde lady.... she violently launched my friend off of the counter after my friend received an ice capp instead of the iced coffee she ordered. my friend patiently waited to ask the employee if she could have her iced coffee, and once she mustered up all of the courage humanly possible, she bravely inquired and was greeted with a cold deadpan stare. Unfortunately after being catapulted into the line of customers for asking such a stupid question, we were forced to leave with a measly iced Capp. My friend was too upset to drink it, so she offered it to me as a gift. Would love to return to this location but sadly the medium iced Capp humiliated me in public when I experienced dysentery all over both the upwards and downwards facing escalators. I was in the food court trying to leave and then return to get to a bathroom and then leave again because people started shooing me out of the way and plugging their noses.

The executive was so rude

The person who preps the food has to go!!! She has brown hair with blonde highlights, dark skin. I was in with my grandpa and he ordered a bagel, when she was done making it she brought it to the front screaming “bagel with cream cheese.” My grandpa is 90 yrs old, his reactions aren’t fast so instead of seeing that, she rolled her eyes when he couldn’t grab it right away…… A week later Feb 29th at 1:45 I went and ordered a Bagel BELT. Same girl made my bagel lopsided, meaning the whole sandwich was falling apart. Was half of it throw out? Yes it was. I understand you work for minimum wage but that’s not my problem, be grateful you have a job as others don’t have a privilege you have!
