Went into this location today and was pleasantly taken aback. we don't realize what we miss until it's gone, but today great customer service came back for a moment. As I pulled up, a warm & welcoming voice came over the drive-thru speaker and was almost shockingly pleasant through the entire interaction. I've really been considering leaving the brand that I've come to love because there's been such a drop in customer service across the board, but with that said "Joe" from this location was a shining example of the customer service I've come to know and love from Tim Hortons.
Supervisors/Corporate/Marketing reading this - study Joe's interactions and implement SOPs to try and emulate his kind of service. Joe, if you see this review; superbly done today man!
Ordered Bagel with Cream Cheese. Gave without it and burnt as well. Coffee was given without requested syrup.Charged for everything. This has happened multiple times, hope Tim Hortons takes some action on this location.
Bought a sandwich. Bun was hard and next to no sauce. Iced coffee never seems to have sugar in it (default it should). Food is very inconsistent. Sometimes you have to wait long in drive thru even if there are 2 cars ahead.
