The woman talking through the drive thru (after the other worker couldn’t understand what we were saying) was extremely unprofessional, rude and snappy. Should definitely find a different “career” that doesn’t involve dealing with the public. 12:15pm on April 12th.

Thought goi6in would be better...nope, only one cash open...while customer wait to be serve I did observe drive thru not busy workers talking instead of more Cas open 5 of us waiting
