Everytime I order (in person, drive thru and even Uber eats) something ends up wrong. Today I asked for the new brownie latte the randomly gave me a cold one and didn’t even bother cutting the grilled cheese. Never get it delivered, it’s even worse! I ordered a farmers rap not knowing they don’t serve them after 3 but tell me why instead of letting me know the don’t have any or giving me something else around the same price they gave me 5 pieces of bacon and sauce. Wouldn’t recommend, go to the one on Vanier instead
Constantly mess up orders. Food items are inconsistently made, wrong items given. Not a fault of the staff but by even 5 pm they run out of staple items every day. Staff are nice but business is riddled with issues

Very clean and cozy place. The service was a bit slow, but there were a lot of people ordering food, so that may have been the reason. The person taking my order was super friendly and polite. The coffee was made just the way I like it.
Cleanliness is deplorable! Making a special request (add steak to my Tim matin bacon blt) can take 10 mins because no one seems to know how to use the computer. Chances of actually getting what you ordered...slim to none. Luckily, one staff member (Lucie) is always there to provide quality service during the week. But if the store isn't cleaned on Monday, and kept clean...I'm never going back again.
I only asked for a BLT bagel this morning and got a bagel with a slice of cheese and bacon. So annoying
