I can see improvement in customer service recently.
I was purchasing half dozen doughnuts using coins with my 4 year old kid. After the casher received the coins, she handed in a paper box for doughnuts to the other staff and threw all the coins in the paper box. It was disgusting and let me realize how they treat their products behind the counter.
I placed an order through mobile app. It was charged, but the restaurant said they did not receive the order even I show them the order. I requested a refund and they said since I order through mobile app. They cannot issue the refund, then called CS. CS said only restaurant can issue the refund. Now reported a fraud via my bank account. It was such a disappointment with this location.
Didn’t have half the things I paid for at the self service kiosk which was 2 types of savoury pinwheels. What was upsetting is that the staff did not inform me about this. They just gave me my coffees and continued serving other customers. I was wondering what happened so was just waiting at the pickup counter. Then finally when I asked they said it’s not available and then ignored me again, provided no options and continued to serve other customers. I had to butt in and ask for a refund. Could not refund the money as my card declined it. Then continued to ignore me and did their work. All this time my coffee was getting cold . Finally I butted in again and asked for a replacement meal. Why staff was so rude? Food had sand. Don’t eat here. Had no manager on duty. Had only smoked chicken. Worst experience in a Tim hortons
Had a bad experience with people working here. I ordered a glazed donut and they gave us an ordinary donut. When I pointed out she lied and said you told me "old-fashioned" and we don't have the glazed donut. 0% customer care. Never come back here again.
