Online order, waited for 20 minutes after time APP said would be ready. Staff completely ignored me. One person finally asks and advises staff will prepare now. REALLY! Person that prepared then brings food over, not bagged for takeout and was the rudest person. Of course she was the one that ignored making the order. Will NEVER return to this location.

Ordered 2 meals, both made wrong. Not even the same items I ordered. Homeless man sleeping with his head on a table, the whole area around him smelled bad, enough that we had to get up and move. the tables were dirty, food and garbage on the floor. Not sure when the last time they cleaned the dining area. Didn't even bother to check the washrooms, the main area spoke for itself. Asked for a refund and left. Do better Tim Hortons.

Ordered 2 wraps again just to be told after waiting for 10 minutes that I would have to wait another 20 minutes for my food. I clearly stated twice no lettuce or tomato on both wraps and they added them anyway.

Very poor service in drive through. Specially in night shift. They took order on the Mike priorly still when we went to window they completely forgot the order. And as per the timmies drive through rule they can only spent 30-40 sec for one customer. We simply order 3 ice caps and they took almost 4-5 mins for that. And the customer who took his order before us they served him around 5-6 mins. This is completely disappointing. Plus the way of taking order was Not friendly kind of little bit rude.
