Dry lambrusco from Emilia-Romagna. Notes of raspberry, pomegranate, and wild herbs.

100% Pinot Noir from Champagne. The first biodynamic Champagne producer, the Fleury family grows wine on the chalky clay slopes of the Côte des Bar in southern Champagne. Fermented in stainless steel, this Champagne is bone dry, fresh, and bright, with notes of lemon, tart green apple, and white flowers.

Pinot Auxerrois and Riesling from Alsace. Biodynamic and organic, this sparkling white wine has delicate bubbles and notes of white peach, lime blossom, and meringue.

Wine and cider co-ferment from Sonoma County, CA. Half Frontenac grapes, half feral apples. Aromatic and dry with light bubbles.

Riesling from Alsace, France. Luscious mouthfeel, bright and refreshing, notes of white peach, meyer lemon, and granite minerality.

Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay from Sonoma, CA. Light, bright, and juicy, with notes of green apple, guava, and lemon meringue.

Chardonnay from Burgundy, France. An elegant wine with notes of yellow apple, meyer lemon, white flowers, brioche toast and cream.

Xarel-lo and Parellada from Spain. Juicy, zippy, apricot and white flower notes. Great with seafood and pungent cheese.

Riesling from Tualatin Hills, Oregon. Hand-harvested, foot-trodden, and pressed a few hours later, this riesling is vibrant with notes of green apple, chamomile tea, and fresh herbs.

Malvasia from Istria, Slovenia. Certified Organic and dry-farmed 5km from the Adriatic Sea. A touch of skin contact adds depth to this wine with notes of apricot, almonds, honey and wild flowers.

Malvazija Istriana from Istria, Slovenia. Stone-fruit forward orange wine with notes of black tea, apricot, and herbs.

Skin contact Chardonnay from Redwood Valley, California. Organic. Funky and bright, with a burst of lemon, savory herbs, and yellow apple.

Skin contact Auxerrois from Lorraine, France. Organic and biodynamic from a rising star of a producer. Notes of plum, currant, honeysuckle and citrus.

Rose from Santa Ynez Valley, California. Aged under flor, this wine has notes of sea salt, roasted nuts, and bruised apple. (bottle is missing original label)

Barbera from Penn Valley, CA. Easy drinking, luscious rosé with notes of strawberry, wild raspberry, minerality, and a touch of creaminess.

Freisa from Piedmont, Italy. Like Nebbiolo's fun cousin. Light to medium in body with aromas of dried cherry, rose petal, and earth, backed by firm tannins.

Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Merlot from Bordeaux, France. Biodynamic and Organic. This wine is grown on clay and gravel soil in the Côtes de Bourg, which brings out supple fruit and spicy notes. A robust wine with notes of red cassis, graphite, and firm tannins.

Refosk from Istria, Slovenia. South-facing terraced vineyards enjoy substantial day-night temperature swings and constant breezes. Certified Organic. Notes of red berries, spices, wild herbs, and forest floor.

A blend of 70% Pinot Grigio, 10% Pinot Noir, 10% Barbera, 10% Bonarda from Emilia Romagna, Italy. Aromas of red currant, cherry, plum, and lime.

Gamay from Beaujolais, from vines averaging 80 years old and planted on loess and sand. Ages on the lees in concrete tanks. Notes of cherry cola, forest floor, rose petals, and wild raspberry.

Primitivo from Sonoma, California. Red and black berry fruit aromas and notes of dried herbs. Organic dry farming.

Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon from Tuscany, Italy. Juicy, elegant, and well-structured, with cherry and earth vibes.

Cabernet Franc from the Loire Valley, France. Cherries, chocolate, dried spices, and a hint of jalapeño crunch. Silky, juicy, medium-bodied with fine tannins. A winner!

Sangiovese from Tuscany, Italy. Semi-carbonic, with notes of black cherry, tomato vine, and a touch of barnyard funk.
