Tiger Ramen is the second restaurant by local restaurateurs John and Molly Wilson, known for their reputation of delivering original dishes with spectacular flavors, made fresh from scratch using the best quality ingredients. The playful menu consists of a delicious selection of ramen noodle dishes accompanied by several other options including rice bowls and an array of enticing appetizers, all of which use the framework of Japanese inspired cuisine to exercise culinary creativity that reflects time and place of Cape Cod above authenticity.
