Tiff's Treats Cookie Delivery

This was my first time going to this location. Oliver was exceptional!! He went above and beyond to assist me with needing 2 dozen cookies last minute! He was so kind hearted and genuine. We need more people like Oliver in the retail world ! Can't wait to go back for more cookie needs !

These cookies are soft and delicious! There were lots of flavors to choose from, and the service was great! Will be back!

I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but I got a craving late and went it about 15 mins before closing (you never expect a warm welcome when you do this at establishments after a long day) but the person who assisted me was sweeter than the cookies! 🤍🤍thank you for the greatest service!

A dear friend sent me their delicious cookies after a loss in my family.

We live in KS and my wife had to go to TX for a nursing patient. I wanted to surprise her with something sweet at the hotel when she checked in. I came across Tiff's Treats while looking around the hotel area. Read the reviews and figured I would give them a try, GLAD I DID!!! They delivered to the hotel about 10 minutes before she checked in. My wife said the cookies were still warm and very good. Definitely recommend this place.

We had a mix up with delivery. The store went above & beyond to make it right. Oliver was very kind & helpful - top tier customer service! We will be back again & again.

Amazing customer service idk the guys name but super nice and helpful I was almost a hour late picking up my cookies and they were all still hot and fresh . Love this location . The diet just doesn’t agree .

This location is great. I messed up my own delivery on accident, the sweetest lady I spoke to over the phone was very understanding and helpful despite it totally being my fault. I really appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Thank you! My gift made it to the correct address!

I wish I could give you 10 stars for your outstanding service. We always use Tiff's Treats for our special treats for friends. Today marks the day that my wife and I met 27yrs ago. Your order taker was very courteous and took my order quickly and made good suggestions for an additional item that I didn't think of myself. After all, you can't have cookies without milk!! We will continue to be repeat customers.

I loooove coming to this Tiffs Treats location. Oliver is attentive, positive and upbeat! And he always lets me know the flavor of the month. Unfortunately I’m going to be moving soon, but whenever I come back to visit, I’ll be sure to drop by the best cookie place in town!

First time trying out tiffs treats and I have to say I unfortunately didn’t have the similar experience others have had from reviews. Not sure if I just Went on a bad day but it was enough for me not to go back. I went to get some treats for my family. 6 items and they were $17 which I wouldn’t have minded had they of been good. They were so dry. The truffles were also dry and no one would even eat them in my house. Just not worth the money at all.

Oh my gosh these got delivered warm! I was not expecting that! Also the packaging is very cute, but the fresh from oven warm ooey gooeyness was a pleasure!
