An "imperialized" (amplified) version of our Mother's Beach Blonde. This higher abv style of porter traditionally hails from the areas around the Baltic Sea. This English Brown Porter, named in honor of our local iconic Bridgeport Covered Bridge, has a strong malt aroma with a mild roast character and subtle caramel and chocolate notes. Made with Maris Otter Malt, renowned for its deep rich flavor, this brown porter is well balanced with Crystal and Northern Brewer hops and carries slightly less alcohol than its stronger Robust Porter cousin. 32 IBUs. 5.0% abv.

This super dry ("brut") IPA uses a special enzyme creating an almost 100% fermented beer with very little residual sugars and much lower carbohydrates. The result is a bone-dry "champagne-like" delicacy bursting with hop flavor and aroma. Very clean and crisp, but with low IBUs. A supercharged dry hopping schedule of 5lbs/BBL of Mosaic, Citra, and El Dorado create an assortment of wonderful flavors and aromas including passion fruit, grapefruit and citrus, pungent tropical fruit and pine. 30 IBUs. 6.9% abv.

This German Bavarian style dark lager uses light and dark munich malts giving it a slightly bready, toasty, malt forward body. Lightly hopped with German Perle, Tettnang, and Hallertau. Smooth and drinkable, low in alcohol. Similar to a dark Mexican lager. 23 IBU's. 4.7% abv.

This English style ESB uses prized English Maris Otter malt imparting a smooth almost nutty malt profile with hints of caramel. Hopped with Willamette and East Kent Goldings and fermented with an English Ale yeast, this English Pale Ale is well balanced with a subtle malt forwardness balanced by delicate herbal English hops. 40 IBUs. 5.6% abv.

This West Coast IPA style was made to celebrate and encourage participation in this year's Nevada City Film Festival! Clean, super crisp and dry, and highlighting some of the brewer's favorite hops – Amarillo, Citra, Idaho 7 and some Chinook.
