Thomas & Dutch is inspired to become a Midwest gathering place dedicated to locals. Slated to open in early 2023, Thomas & Dutch will offer the North Shore elevated and craveable comfort food, with an extensive and well-curated cocktail and wine list. Thomas & Dutch is a new restaurant concept from Farmheads Hospitality Group. Originating in 2011 with the opening of Farmhouse Tavern in Chicago’s River North neighborhood, Farmheads' mission is to offer affordable, approachable Midwestern fare based on locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.
