Often take a meal to my daughter at work. So easy.. call your order in (with a SPECIFIC OPTION…NO fish sauce) but 2 peanut sauces. Drive over for specific time , pay and pick up. Lots of parking! Friendly, efficient, packed for takeout.(And I know the food is delicious.. even if it isn’t for me always!!! . !

This was always my favourite restaurant. Did they get new cooks?? The indian fellow serving us was miserable. We ordered wonton soup and cold rolls to start, he brought out my boyfriend’s noodle bowl and nothing else. The bowl got cold as we waited for our other food. I told the server this and he touched the food! He was so put out having to warm it. We lost our appetite by the time the raw carrot soup arrived with one wonton and bland broth. My favourite pad thai dish had no grilled chicken, it was those cheap chicken strips, and three bland shrimp but so much raw carrot as filler, I did not order a carrot dish or carrot soup. There was never chunks of carrot as the main focus of my favourite dishes. Unfortunately it was my boyfriend’s first and last time. You are expected to grab your own cutlery and condiments. Zero service. I will try the 8th street location and hopefully it’s the original cooks there. Just awful and so disappointing last night!! The food has lost its charm. Please lose the raw carrot too! We didnt finish our food. Why do people wreck a good thing going? Guess Ngun-ngun on 8th street is our new go to place. Friendly happy staff and delicious flavours.

Hard to leave a bad review because I normally quite enjoy the food at Thiens. It’s not known for being top quality but definitely a good cheap meal option. Took myself for a noodle bowl tonight and ordered the #48 - chicken and spring roll vermicelli bowl. The food came out quickly. And I enjoyed it solo. Not even halfway through eating the bowl, I discovered an uncooked piece of chicken. It was super off putting and I stopped eating. I got up and pulled a waitress aside as I didn’t want to make a big scene, and I explained that I was done eating as I found a piece of uncooked chicken in my meal. She asked what I would like out of the situation and I didn’t really know what to say except that I hope I don’t get food poisoning. She asked if I’d pay for half of it. I agreed at first then as she rang it up, I said it didn’t feel right because I didn’t eat the whole meal and it had uncooked chicken. She apologized and would let the kitchen know, and that I didn’t have to pay. Bummer because it was a favourite place for a quick cheap bite to eat but might think twice next time - or skip the chicken.

Had a terrible experience at this restaurant, the Pad Thai I ordered had nothing in common with the classic Pad Thai. Tasteless, not salty. I ordered delivery with cutlery, waited an hour, the order was delivered but without cutlery. When I asked how long to wait for the cutlery, they said another hour! They offered nothing as compensation, the service sucks, as does the food!

Nice and clean! Had a pho soup - not the best Pho I tried but taste was good and price was right!

Poor service. Lack of staff.

Best food in Saskatoon! Would recommend to friends and family!

Never had a bad meal! Daily special $6.95!!!!!
