The Wooden Spoon

A home cook for over 20 years, Tina Yake has been inspired by two generations of home cooks from her grandmother and her mother. Her family has been in the food industry since 1983 and has been very active with the family's business in the baking industry until 1999 when she started her own family. Wayne, her husband, and their children have been her biggest fans until her co-workers talked her into cooking for them on a regular basis. Since The Wooden Spoon's inception, Tina and Wayne have been catering to businesses in the area for their breakfast and lunch needs. While their specialty is American cuisine, their shop features high grade, deli meats. Taking that one step further, Wayne and Tina are determined to put a twist on family favo
