The Wine Thief is a unique combination of a bistro, a bar and a bottleshop. We operate a scratch-kitchen run by chef-owner, Matt Griseta. Our drink offerings are a highly curated selection of wine, craft beer, spirits and cocktails. Our mission is to provide our customers with the most elevated form of food and drink as possible.
