Sue and David Cohen opened The Whole Scoop in February 2011. It has been a huge success in many different ways. “We have been successful in creating great ice cream treats and in having a shop where wonderful family memories are made, all while letting our quality ice cream be the star of the show”. “We have had a fun time taking care of our Hoover community and enjoy that the community is taking care of us by making us the place to bring family and friends”. “We are so happy that our vision has been realized.
