We are New York City's oldest Latin vegan restaurant, established by the Carabaño brothers, in Park Slope (Brooklyn). As seen on CBS, Telemundo & "Taxi TV," we offer crispy empandas, Colombian fried chicharrones, Mexican burritos and much more, including Thai & Italian options. We also have fruit smoothies & dessert. If you'd like a cocktail, feel free to enjoy it out on our front curbside patio! Danny Carabano was a Math teacher at Brooklyn Tech High School. He & his brother/business part, Alexis, are the creators of all recipes. Alexis Carabano is a stand up comedian who's filmed with MAX (HBO) & HBO Latino plus handles all graphic design needs. Danny now also performs stand up mostly at St. Marks Comedy Club in Manhattan.
