The Upstairs Pub

Bloomington's iconic Upstairs Pub is the 'Official Home of the AMF' and was established in 1984. Located just one block from the Sample Gates, The Pub has woven itself into the fabric of Indiana Hoosier lore and cemented itself as one of IU's campus favorites. From the day we opened our doors for business, we've prided ourselves on NEVER - not even once - charging a cover. Nearly 40 years later and we've held true to that belief, never asking our customers to spend a dollar to walk through the doors to visit. We began serving elevated 'Pub Grub' in our brand-new kitchen in the summer of '21. Featuring mouth-watering burgers, wings and wraps; our kitchen has quickly established itself as one of Bloomington's best kept secrets.
