Great daily food specials, although when the specials are time sensitive the service needs to be more attentive. Also the bar seating I will not choose again because the service wasn't that good. I was 1 of 4 ppl at the bar seating. I wasn't given napkins just a bag on the bar no utensils. I would've gotten more drinks but lack of attentive service made me not. Seemed like her focus was elsewhere or she went to the back/ kitchen long periods of time. I observed the to go & it was in need of customer service guidance. Not just one but 2 people verbally told the to go specialists they were standing there at the bar for pick up without any acknowledgement. One even went to the other side to make it more obvious to get the attention. Just a simple welcome friendly verbal greeting goes a long way. Let's people know they are not just another dollar sign or butt in a chair. But are appreciated for choosing the restaurant & spend their hard earned money.

Let’s start by saying the restaurant was not busy & it was a Sunday around 4pm when I walked in. Waited for over 15 minutes for someone to take my order & I literally watched several staff member doing more walking around then anything. When the food arrived my niece order was cold, no napkins were given & with all the employees walking around why was my server also tending at the bar made no sense.

My experience was a poor representation of a franchise establishment. The Hostess was friendly and helpful, but after that my service was poor and frankly unacceptable. My server, Kavohn was sassy and rude. He ignored our questions about the menu and overall had a bad attitude. He took our order and never came back. Apparently he swapped tables with another server without notice or concern. Despite the lack of customers, It took our food forever to come out and when it did - it was cold. I asked for the Manager and she was also no help. I had oysters, ate them cold and tried to pay my check and leave. To bad I had to flag down the hostess to ask my server for the check and waited another 10 minutes before she reappeared. The atmosphere and decor was nice, but when the service is poor and the food is cold, you might as well close the doors. Save your time and money and go elsewhere- I certainly will.

We have always heard about this place and wanted to try it. Don't believe the hype it took forever for our food to come out, and the crab legs were way over boiled and mushy. Better off cooking at home for the price.

Great service, good food and decent prices. They were running a $19.99 special at this time ☺️☺️ never had to ask for a refill because the young lady was on top of it. Great place to take the kids.
