The Tropical Island Restaurant

We got the vegetarian sampler for 2. They were lovely enough to make it vegan for us. The Thai curry was one of our favs and the deep fried mushrooms are dangerously addictive. Besides the food being phenomenal, the staff are so genuinely friendly. We ordered their new cocktails, the mango mojito and i think the other one was called spring blossom. Both were well balanced in flavour with natural ingredients, but the spring cocktail was beyond delicious. I could have drank 3 more but i had to drive.

One of my most favourite gluten free restaurants in Victoria. The chef is very talented and their dishes have great flavours! Everyone is always friendly and polite here. I cannot reccommend it enough!

I felt the food needed a bit of seasoning

Always a lovely experience here Vegetarian options: Both vegetarian and vegan friends have been happy to eat here .. you do have to discuss dish adjustments with the wait person though as although they are happy to adjust the veggie dishes to be such, they use fish sauce a lot and of course a vegetarian or vegan would want them to skip that Parking: Behind building in lot across the laneway
