Under new management, the food is absolutely lovely! Great offers and specials boards! Lots of options to choose from.
Great food with friendly staff
Lovely food lovely staff..
March 2024 - New Management Wary of going since change! Went for first time today. Nice venue. Sweet host. Very attentive. Promoted the special. Cleverly they didn't cut down size or accompaniments. 2 Fish and chips for £15 - done well! Fever tree flavoured tonics great. Could be that the Three Crowns is on the way up!! But they need to be careful. Check the menu. A few mistakes spotted. Also, reduce range of similar foods & increase variety - avoid too much re heating. Yes, charge more for quality don't overcharge for average fayre like the ubiquitous sticky toffee pudding and choc brownie.... Will try more next visit! 2023 Update - Don't know what happened but worst meal we ever had. Fish had funny taste. Refused to accept this. Then admitted they had wrong fish delivered and it was some flavoured pre battered.
The food was excellent, nice cosy pub, i had prawn cocktail and cheese and onion pie, chunky chips, absolutely delicious and my husband had sticky chicken wings, a burger with fries and said it was the best he'd ever had. Will definitely be going back again, cost about £25 each but so worth it
Went to this pub for some lunch with the family today. The food was amazing and too many choices, even the kids menu had a lot of different options. Staff are very friendly and made us feel comfortable. 10/10. Will be returning again

Food was amazing complements to the chef and the guy serving was friendly and funny, cosy pub couldn't ask for better service or food. Kid-friendliness: Staff was really friendly with my nephew
Lovely lunch. Warm atmosphere, lovely staff. Back Saturday for New Year's Eve. Been in today. Now looking for a new landlord/lady. It's a cracking pub which has had a lot of money spent on it. Needs a new owner and not another pub turned into flats. Be a pity to see it close.
